Dedication in New York

The United Veterans Memorial & Patriotic Association of the City of New Rochelle, N.Y.—an umbrella organization chartered by the city that includes all veterans organizations in New Rochelle—dedicated a Vietnam Veterans Memorial on May 30, 2017. The memorial sits in front of City Hall and was entirely funded by private donations. Guests included Congressman Elliott Engel (D-N.Y.), several retired generals, local officials, and members of Westchester County, New York, Chapter 49 and other VSOs.
