Help in a Hard Time

From left: Danielle Bautista Boss, Butch Morgan, Martin Belden, James Barnhart, and Danielle Bautista.

Despite all the obstacles presented by the pandemic, Tucson, Arizona, Chapter 106 members worked hard last year at fundraising. In 2020 the chapter was able to help local veterans to the tune of $6,600.

This year is off to a great start, too. On February 3 the Desert Diamond Casino presented a $5,000 check to the chapter to help Tucson’s veterans cope with the coronavirus.

“This will go a long way this year,” Chapter 106 President Butch Morgan said, “as many veterans are having problems with COVID-19 and fundraising is very hard at this time.”
