Trying to locate any members of 35 TWF, Civic Action Team, Phan Rang AFB, 1967-68. Lt. Quedo was the OIC, and I was the NCOIC. Volunteers were TSgt. Ron Johnson and Sgts. All members who received Civic Action Award Certificates from the province chief during that period should be eligible for the South Vietnamese Civic Action Medal 2nd Class.
