I’m looking for anyone who may have trained or served with my father-in-law, Harold Hughes, retired LTC. He served in Vietnam between 1967-70. He was a FAC flying an O-2 after training at Eglin AFB. Trying to find anyone who knew Lawrence Denny, Glenn Eisenhour, Lawrence Grass, John Lankford, Terry Pensoneau, Philip Smith, William Thompson, Allen Gray, Pete Hammond, Thomas Irwin, James Neumeyer, Ronald Roberts, Joseph Wylie III, or Charles Geller. Neil Wegrzyn, a Boy Scout, is raising money for his Eagle Scout project to dedicate a memorial to these local Illinois men who died during the Vietnam War. Looking for anyone I served with as part of the 34th Tactical Fighter Group, Air Police Squadron, Bien Hoa, South Vietnam, especially Tom Johnson, Roger Huemann, Tom Jablon, Ken Arneson, Richard Watkins, and Bob Boswell. Trying to locate anyone who served at the Army 91st Evac. Hosp. at Chu Lai, February-April 1971. I received life-saving treatment there, and would like to locate an ICU nurse who visited me after I was removed from the unit. She was short with dark hair, and was from Ohio.
